Inquiry-based learning that encourages predicting, observing, concluding, reasoning, recording and sharing. 

 

3. Project Approach to Learning:

Experience-based & collaborative problem solving. Subject matters are taught through: resource people, field trips, learning materials, books, computers, etc.

 

4. Various Ways to Learn:

Opportunities to work individually, in pairs, small groups and with the whole class.

 

5. Assessment:

Children‘s understanding will be recorded in portfolios, short tests, class presentations, reports, art works, stories, plays, culminating activities, and a report profile.

 

6. Sense of Community: Active involvement of parents, involving members of the community in our lessons, encouraging children to be productive members of our community.
